His passion for fishing began at just five years old, when his grandfather first took him out on the water—an experience that ended with bringing the catch back to cook at the family restaurant. That moment sparked a lifelong connection between fishing and food.George’s path to becoming a saltwater guide came naturally after Fred from Fred’s Custom Tackle recognized his deep passion for saltwater fishing and encouraged him to take it to the next level.When he’s not guiding, you’ll likely find him at his restaurant, Breakfast Table, smoking bacon and creating new recipes inspired by the ocean’s harvest. George takes pride in sharing both his love of fishing and cooking with his guests—whether it’s on the water or at the table.
